Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery App Reviews

Does not work well- I have tried to book twice and taxi never came. It said it had arrived but could not find the taxi.

There is always no drivers available during rush hours, heavy rain and early morning. It works if its not rush hour, during weekends and when the sun is out

I have used this service well over a dozen times in several countries and the app works perfectly. The issue that some reviewers are not happy with is the availability of taxis at peak load times. Yes, this frustrates me too, but busy/full taxis can be a fact-of-life in dense urban areas. I have had better luck when I put a few coins in the "tip" section of the app. A little free market incentive seems to do the trick.

Used this in Manila. Provided safe and peace of mind travel across the city. Very easy to use- always had a taxi come in 5-7 minutes or less as there are always many drivers around that use this service. Points of interest were always there and I never had an issue with getting from point A to B.

Uses a lot of battery. Perfect app for Bangkok. Some drivers demand local language speaking person, but not all the time. It is generally a perfect app for anyone.

can you address the problem of this app on my phone? when i try to open it, its always crashing.. i mean not only once, but more than.. please please help t.y.

This application is very convenience to find taxi in Bangkok. No need to waste your time to find or wait a crap taxi driver anymore.

Easy to use. However for the destination you cant put in proper address.

I was trying to get grab taxi from divisoria to makati and I was trying to get connect with a cab driver through this app and non of the drivers were responding. One guy called and said he passed the place I was standing and he couldnt stop it seems. I had to wait nearly 45 min to get a cab. Grab is very expensive too . Their service charge also 40 pesos top of the meter charge. I think grab taxi is really really waste of money and time.

I have an iPhone 4s and the app was working great until the new release of 4.0. Now the app crashes and simply won’t work. It would be great to able to get the old version of the app again. Please help.

So far after over 2 months using Grab on a daily basis, I have no reason to not using them. The business model is convincing. For me no more hustle & bustle driving in morning & evening traffic. Instead I can plan and wrap up my working day sitting and enjoying the ride. Since I use to drive myself I am very critical about others driving skills and so far all have been safe and polite. I stop renting a car so one off the road and encouraging the economy of transport business and enjoying the ride at a fraction of the cost of using conventional system or renting a vehicle. Success to Grab!!!

This is a good way to reach taxi in bangkok thailand. Recomended!!

I can see a taxi on the screen just running around me. Response is good But almost come car is cash pay only.
