Very good and help app.

Here how the scam goes, you order a grab with your credit card, the guys doesnt show up or answer calls and then click that you arrived safely. You got charged and grab doesnt give a sh**t about you. Grab doesnt have a cancel button, unlike uber where you can cancel within 5 min of ordering.

Will be great when there will be apple pay compatibility and an Apple Watch app

The service works OK for Bangkok, but not really optimal for Chiang Mai or other cities.

Great app so far to book cabs. Cheap and easy to use.

well the purpose was to avoid hastle of street taxis and bargaining !!!! failed it is likewise the same and even worth bargainin on sellin tours and asking for lump sum of payments bad service!!!!

No reaction to my complaints and questions. Will go back to Comfort Delgro. Watch the promotion fares carefully. Will delete the app.
