The app isnt perfect but works well, the fixed fare is what makes me choose grab over uber.

Almost perfect. To get 5 stars we would need to be able to make a multi booking in one order (like 2 bikes or 2 cars) with multistop

Is good! Fast and precise. Finally something we can trust in Manila

When tracking where my ride is, the map could respond faster and with a better layout. Pls add Apple Watch support

a great app support us to book taxi as quickly as possible. Code for reducing taxi price is also an advantage

Cant complain about anything. App gets you the cheapest and best taxi in Bangkok.

Some bad moments

Here how the scam goes, you order a grab with your credit card, the guys doesnt show up or answer calls and then click that you arrived safely. You got charged and grab doesnt give a sh**t about you. Grab doesnt have a cancel button, unlike uber where you can cancel within 5 min of ordering.

well the purpose was to avoid hastle of street taxis and bargaining !!!! failed it is likewise the same and even worth bargainin on sellin tours and asking for lump sum of payments bad service!!!!

No reaction to my complaints and questions. Will go back to Comfort Delgro. Watch the promotion fares carefully. Will delete the app.

I have my complete iPhone in English language but major parts of the Apps are in local language (in Vietnam Vietnamnese and in Thailand Thai). All product descriptions are also in English. This make it very difficult to use this app for a tourist. Please fix this issue! Thanks

It works, however interface is complicated and poorly translated. Sign-up coupon did not work, for that 2 stars. Otherwise 4.
