Very good application, quiet helpful. A suggestion if you can add the features for translation to English, will be very useful for visiting tourist around the place.

First time using this app here in Vietnam. Its great, but one feature that does give me some problems is that every time I request a car, the driver would give me a call to confirm if I requested him or where the pickup point is. This generally would make sense except I dont understand a word of Vietnamese so its almost impossible to answer him without asking a stranger next to me, which is not always convenient. So I find myself using a competitors app instead (which doesnt allow the call).

In general I have had good experiences with Grab... My only complaint is that if a driver excepts a fare he should pick up.. Have had this happen 3 times and it gets very irritating .. This should be the standard rule ... Other than that he service has been good .. Clean taxis and drivers very polite .. I take a taxi 3 to 4 times a week .. Keep up the great job. Except for the one complaint ...

Its my first time using this app here in Philippines. Its very reliable and easy to use. The grab a car truly arrives on time. The drivers I have experienced are excellent. If there is one thing Id like to recommend for this app to get even better: I wish I could still access it even without wifi. Nonetheless, I love this app! This deserves 5 stars.
