Considering how sketchy "xe om" can be in Vietnam, GrabTaxi brings quality and reliability for motorbike taxi services. I love GrabTaxi; I use it to get to work all the time. Just wish drivers carried more spare change. Also, sometimes drivers navigation apps dont work so well. Otherwise, great service and great app!

Grab car will charge up to 3xx more with no warning in app. A 180 THB fare can go to 420 THB no warning in app of higher fare same destination. This app makes your transportation more convenient and very helpful when you really need a vehicle

After few days using the apps, it know that every Saturday at 9am Im going to my gym, and later on going to my art class. The correct destination is already pre filled for each trip when Im starting the apps. Bit scary at the beginning, but so convenient!

Over the last year theyve fixed all the bugs and annoyances. Current version is excellent.

Pleased with GrabTaxi for the most part but would like if booking fee could be added to NETS.

so far until today Grab satisfied me.. so many promo.. the application more user friendly and more informative for user to use.. so when we use this application, its not so hard to find the driver since the driver information mostly provide to us in the reservation...
