This is pretty bad, it doesnt give you warnings of pick hours when you book, and you end up with high rates. Weak UI.

Its very easy to use the app, it goes fast and its functional. I like using it.

Great app very practical and useful Improved! It would be good though if we could save notes to driver to particular addresses. I do grab everyday so thanks grab taxi!

Still needs to be fixed to work with iOS8. Constantly crashing.

It worked fine and it gives you estimated time of arrival of the taxi driver. And gives you all the necessary information for both sides

Is not easy to give some locations. It does not accept new ones and tends to cause a lot of misunderstanding with the drivers. Good thing is that is a secure cab and drivers are nice

Being new to Singapore GrabTaxi is the best way to get a taxi and learn where you go. The security factor is not such a concern here in SG but it is still good to be able to communicate with the driver by phone directly if location is not clear.

Dont get ripped off by local Taxis. Im visiting from Germany traveling around southeast asia. The app shows you what the trip u type in will cost and u dont have to pay more. Simply pay in cash or by credit card u added.

Good and fast. Missing option to save favorite locations. Only favorite trips can be saved.

We ordered a taxi and it was a big disappointment!!!

Since the new version, you always need to change the type you want, unless you really want a crappy grab car. So I will start using other apps again to book my Taxis. Very disappointed!

The drivers are very kind! I can recommend this alternative to Blue bird taxis. Often times the taxis are occupied- so its difficult to catch a grab.
