Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery App Reviews

Have been using the application for quite some time and faced no issues until they upgraded from grab taxi to grab. The service has worsen dramatically. 1) waiting time became incredibly along or (even worse) no one picks up your order (outside peak Hours) while the app shows dozens of available cabs. Peak hours no way you can find a car 2) grab economy. The app always suggests economy option which is in fact not cheap, usually the fare is either same or more expensive than regular taxi. During cny they charged 30-40 sgd for 6-8 sgd ride. 3) customer service. Awful. Had an issue with them, contacted call center and via email, never got my problem solved. To summarise, transformation turned out to be downgrade. Hopefully another big player enters Singaporean taxi market, like Gett, so competition will force them to improve the service.

We preorder a taxi from Bangkok to Huahin on 01 of January. Got a very good driver with new and very clean car. And price by meter was in a lower at grade, from how shows on app: we paid 2700, even on app showed that it must be between 2700 -4300. Amazing service, we will use it again

Good app, fast finding of taxi. But you risk to get taxi not accepting credit cards! Then, what about adding favorite places and my location?

Taxis never comes, doesnt know the places and send the wrong arrival timing. Too bad!

The mobile app is better than gojek, and all the ojek and car drivers wearing decently with the official company clothes

Taxi drivers in Bangkok not trustable and GrabTaxi doesnt guarantee a good service. App bad designed with functions no good. Only in Thai.

Grabbike has changed the way I get around. I speak Vietnamese well enough to get a Xe ôm but I hate to haggle with (the dishonest) people... All my grabbike drivers have been polite and of course amazing navigators. And today, which brought me to this review, my driver pulled out a bag of khẩu trang (face masks)!!! I know its just a small gesture, but its the little details... Keep it up grabbike. Tôi cảm ơn vì phục vụ vô cùng tốt và mọi ng thân thiện và lịch sự.

Amazing app, amazing service, very happy with it

Like last night , I booked for s can , waited for 15mins or so but still no reply, so I CLOSED the app and looked to a random cab outside, halfway to my destination, I receive a texted message from a driver responding to my booking on that very moment, iJust wish in the future, once the app has been close, the booking should be closed too because even though I had no internet because I left my house, my booking was still searching for a cab which is not necessary because Ive left and closed the app, this may cause major conflicts between drivers and passengers and may be a problem for drivers because of what happen last night, I felt embarrassed because the I was far away already almost quarter away to my destination and the driver just arrived to my place thinking there would be a passenger waiting but instead has taken another cab already. Hopefully this bug would be fixed.. TakeCare & GodBless

Service is top notch. It get you to your destination. Needs better improvement in either gps pickup location or driver knowledge of pick up location

I prefer grab over uber but recently there have been issues with my home location. For some reason it moved my address to across the street so there are a lot of days the driver cant find me or passes me. In a future update I would like an option to put in 2 stops with a 5 minute wait between stops. A lot of my trips involve me dropping something off or picking something up then I have to book another car to go back.
