A very good app and fair price

I have my complete iPhone in English language but major parts of the Apps are in local language (in Vietnam Vietnamnese and in Thailand Thai). All product descriptions are also in English. This make it very difficult to use this app for a tourist. Please fix this issue! Thanks

It works, however interface is complicated and poorly translated. Sign-up coupon did not work, for that 2 stars. Otherwise 4.

Wow this app makes traveling around Thailand so simple, cheap and trouble free. Erg recommend downloading it right away to start taking advantage of discounted rides all over Thailand. We had some amazingly discounted rides with the Grab Economy car function with nice new SUVs. We are traveling as a family of four so this has often been the cheapest and most convenient.

This app helped a lot when in Bangkok fantastic drivers and fast service

This app was so easy to use, and was a fantastic way to get a reasonably priced ride with a driver who knew exactly where we wanted to go while we were visiting Bangkok. When a taxi driver wasnt available, we had the option to request GrabCar, which was a little cheaper and also excellent.

Easy to use.

We used this app and service while travelling throughout Vietnam and it was great. The drivers were quick to reply, and very nice as well :)

Used app twice. First time was great. Second time, my taxi was cancelled by either grab or the taxi driver. Prefer to speak to a professional over the phone to confirm that my taxi actually shows up.
