I dont know where to start. I have used this kind of apps millions of times all around the world.I have used grab 4 times during my vacation in Singapore. 2 times i had good experience 2 times i had terrible experience. I asked a driver if it is possibble to pay cash, he said he only accept cash and no credit cards however when i went back to my country i saw it also collected from my credit card so i immediately contact with their support team and explained what happened. Result is driver claimed he didnt collected the cash and thats it end of story. So as a result, there is some fraud drivers on this app also support team doesnt support anything at all. My advice is avoid this app and just take a regular cab for your safety.

Problem with localisation places: airport, station, hotel Holiday Inn, etc. When you want to localise it yourself, you must start with marker from... atlantic Ocean :/

If no other popular taxi apps are available - than it"s a good choice) good money/value ratio. All basic functions are easy to understand and to use, drivers come in time.

No one is taking your order, even if theres a lot of cars near you.

Better than tuk tuk any way

1. Getting a car when it rains (when you most need it) is close to impossible. 2. Grab Economy drivers are clueless and dont know the city. I wouldnt advise using them when youre in rush. 3. Mobile app often underestimates the time required for the car to reach you. 4. Just had a fantastic case when estimated fare was $11-14, and real fare hit as high as $24.5. Thats twice as much! Seriously?!
