The app works reliably well and is regularly updated, sometimes to a fault. The service is highly reliable, the drivers are courteous, and the fares reasonable - as long as you dont travel on peak hours.

Pls change the name of streets of P. Faura and Bocobo streets in Ermita,Manila. I had a hard time explaining to the driver of the exact location since both are one-way streets!

Since recent versions Grab doesnt accept international credit cards anymore (also confirmed by phone support) which makes the app useless for travellers/business people with corporate cards. Thats a huge step-back into the last century.

Its a very useful app. It helps me to save money.

Reliable apps

This app still needs considerable improvements. The map is unstable. It also needs a complaint mechanism when taxis cancel confirmed bookings.

Good app but you cant expect drivers to read any comments in the comment fields. I wanted a cab with a credit card and 2 taxis came. When I confirmed if they take cards or not they just say can not lah...

Very convenient - always a cab around me

I booked a taxi, he confirmed, and I waited and waited. When I called the driver he said he never confirmed and there are systems issues. Second time in one week. Better stick with comfort!

When you book a standard taxi, limo taxi arrives 2 times on 3. The taxi selection isnt stable anymore

This app really need to have notifications + confirmation before doing things for you without request. When it says "no taxi available" it can automatically ask for the expensive sedan ride
