They do not accept calls almost ever and I leave in the center of Singapore not in the suburbs! Uber and ConfortDelgro are definitely better: always available, quick in answering even in peak hours and rainy days.

Should be possible to select multiple type of car and also be able to cancel the search.

This app tested in BKK its only for thai speakers or at least this is what has happened to us - the first two grab taxis called the drivers were only thai speakers.

Another Thai scam scheme. Upon ordering the cab estimated fare show as 830-1000 baht, but upon arrival driver requested 1500. After pond negotiations with the driver and Grab customer support I still end up paying 1200 baht.

Also love that it ensures drivers take correct route and in vietnam you can tie it to credit card.

Using grab taxi and grab taxi fixed price, both are good, Grab car not that much.

Nothin beats this app for cheap transport

Grab is convenient app before you enter your credit card number. This application is not trustable at all to enter the credit card number and paid by card. Im shocked that Its fifth times i charged double. Deduct from my credit card and the driver get cash as well. When i contact the call center they said its miss understanding the drivers for many time. Since the application can not inform the driver and deduct from my card also is not trust worthy at all. Never ever use grab pay and enter any debit or credit card number. That you will miss money and no one is responsible for that. Grab take advantage of bank account easily.

Dont need to look and wait for taxi. You can comfortably wait without any hassle. Just couple suggestions.....drivers need to answer phone and customer service must reply to any complaints

Im so glad they invented this in the Philippines. Its convenient and I feel much safer. You can see the details of your driver and the vehicle. Plus you will know how much you have to pay ahead of time!

The promo said to take a premium car ride to unlock a discount on the next 7 premium car rides. Guess what? It said it unlocked the promo but it didnt discount. So basically I took an expensive premium ride for nothing. So Ive been using uber. You scam you lose.

This app crashed on iphone SE. Only happen after I upgraded to this version.
