I cannot add debit card. Once I added and before using promotions, i updated app. Then, my promo lost and cannot add card again. So I m using Uber now.

Tried it once in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The driver didnt know in which part of the city I was or where the place I was going was. After the trip it turned out it was 3 times more expensive than stopping a random taxi on the road. I will use this service again only if I absolutely have no other choice.

I cannot remember, how many times Grab saved me the day. Incredibly useful and nice designed app.

The app works splendidly.

In Pattaya with its totally unacceptable taxi and public transport system, app allows you to order a taxi with fixed price lower than you usually get if try to get a random taxi on street.

You cant cancel your order until its confirmed. Limo car was an ordinary civic with air conditioner and it cost 400 baht for 10 min ride

Crashes all the time, super unclear interface, Deleting. Uber has less cars but much easier to use.

Very calm, tactful, good drivers, all cars are in a good condition! Thank you for your app! P.S. Sometimes when you want to order a taxi from the taxi company, drivers may leave just in several seconds after arriving and they are very tactless sometimes( not everyone).

Sometimes even cheaper than uber.... but no Apple Watch app?

This is really a great app which delivers a great service! I was a bit nervous at first, as I never used such an app for booking my transport mean. But I am really impressed by it. As already mentioned is pretty easy to use and so far I only met very kind and skilled taxi drivers. 5 stars well deserved!!!
