Nice app so what

Ordered taxi through this nifty app. Taxi could not find my location despite being the only building in the street and despite gps clearly showing my condo with a name... driver called for clarification but did not speak English. The hell with English anyway, the app showed the location perfectly. Driver cancelled the trip so I magically saw my order disappear from the app. Despite him being "no show" I have been served with a bill for 39 baht. Niftiest app is useless if driver cannot use it. He cannot use it and I wont anymore - "delete" and no more grabbing grab taxi for me.
