Major issues
1. My phone number is registered to someone else (recycled numbers are fairly common in Singapore.... come on grab....) . Grab customer service either doesnt understand plain english or cant fix the problem and is just playing dumb.
2. The positioning system that tells a driver where to pick you up locks in on a street address so you pretty much need to text or call them every time to make sure they dont get confused or you end up walking a lot to find the taxi. No pin drop mechanism like uber.
3. Stopped receiving email receipts for grab pay for no apparent reason. Need these to get reimbursed by my employer. Failsauce.
its just another crappy ride hailing app at this point.
